Well, these little cute animals have just as much right to not be someone's dinner as they would have in the wild during the encounter with wolf, lynx, leopard or coguar [insert more baby eating predators there]

They only have a right to have a chance to survive [and that's why I dissaprove meat-farming] But because little piglets or chicks or lambs are cute, it doesn't mean they cannot be eaten. Want to keep one as a pet and protect it from all misfortune not just human race, but also the nature itself would bring on it, fine. But it will grow and it won't be that cute anylonger.

Humans are omnivores and can eat both meat and plants, though, for my liking it would be better if we had to hunt and kill a boar of a wild hen/duck if we wanted meat, not raising bilions of them in inhumane conditions on meat farms.

Maybe then we would start to respect animals for what they are, not just for how they are appealing for our eyes.

Those are baby animals, and they don't get killed (at least at that age). If you put up pictures of the old, fat animals that got turned into meat then this would be true.

Lambs? Calves? They most certainly do. Lamb is a popular meal, same with veale which is made from young cows.

That's only two animals, and veale is an extremely cruel meat so it's not that popular. The other animals aren't eaten as babies.

It may not be very popular but plenty of people eat it. Baby pigs are eaten in some places, it's called "suckling pig".

Because that's the circle of life. :iconmingplz:
Don't bother starting an argument with me. I won't care enough to respond.

Animals can have rights? Okay, let's let them vote, run for office, and have freedom of speech! After all they need rights!

Also so I hope you know that factories do not slaughter baby animals. They can't, because it wastes money, gives nothing in return, and just wastes their time. It's much more productive to slaughter a fat adult because it gives more of the cut and more of the product.
